About

Since its launch, the Journal has grown far beyond those early ambitions. We continue to publish the print edition three times a year, but the website has developed into a vibrant, free resource for the entire financial remedies community.

Our blog, curated by Emily Ward, regularly features some of our most widely read and discussed articles. Polly Morgan and her team of case editors provide clear, authoritative case summaries of the latest judgments, and the FRC Corner is frequently updated with new guidance and developments.

While there is a small fee to cover the cost of the printed journal, every piece of online content is freely accessible to all.

A core part of our ethos is encouraging as many voices as possible to contribute. Whether you want to write a detailed journal article, respond to a topical issue in a short blog post, or prepare a clear summary of a recent judgment, we would love to hear from you.

If you would like to write for us, drop us an email at frjeditor@classlegal.com.
