Professor Nick Hopkins
Professor Nick Hopkins is Law Commissioner for Family Law at the Law Commission of England and Wales. Amongst other projects, he has previously led the Commission’s work on surrogacy law (jointly with the Scottish Law Commission) and Weddings law. Leora Taratula-Lyons
