David Bor
David Bor is a specialist Pensions Actuary with over 35 years’ pensions experience and joined Actuaries for Lawyers in March 2020. David’s previous experience includes acting as a Scheme Actuary and Professional Trustee. His past experience also covered pension funding work, pension accounting and audit work, pension benefit rectification projects and advising pension schemes and employers on a variety of issues such as GMP and gender equalisation. More recently, and in addition to the above, David has acted as an expert witness in respect of pensions on divorce, determination of the loss of pension rights following unfair dismissal, and also in relation to significant UK pensions litigation.
