George Mathieson
George Mathieson founded Mathieson Consulting Ltd (MCL) in 2007, as a company specialising in the provision of expert witness reports in the field of pensions and divorce and has produced c. 6,000 such reports. He was a founder of the Pension Advisory Group. Dr Andy Hayward
Dr Andy Hayward is an Associate Professor in Family Law at Durham Law School, Durham University. His research focuses on domestic and comparative family law, especially the legal regulation of adult interpersonal relationships. In 2021 Andy was Special Advisor to the UK Parliament’s Women and Equalities Committee for their Rights of Cohabiting Partners Inquiry and in 2024 was appointed to the Family Justice Council. His recent publications are The Future of Registered Partnerships: Family Recognition Beyond Marriage? David Salter
David Salter is a Past President of IAFL and Past Chairman of Resolution. He was National Head of Family Law at Addleshaw Goddard and at Mills & Reeve. He has sat as a Recorder and deputy High Court judge and now regularly undertakes Private FDRs. He served for 10 years on the Family Procedure Rules Committee and on the Pensions Advisory Group leading to its initial report in 2019. He has written and lectured extensively on financial remedies, particularly pensions on divorce.
