David Salter
David Salter is a Past President of IAFL and Past Chairman of Resolution. He was National Head of Family Law at Addleshaw Goddard and at Mills & Reeve. He has sat as a Recorder and deputy High Court judge and now regularly undertakes Private FDRs. He served for 10 years on the Family Procedure Rules Committee and on the Pensions Advisory Group leading to its initial report in 2019. He has written and lectured extensively on financial remedies, particularly pensions on divorce.
