Judge Michael Michell
After reading jurisprudence at New College, Oxford, Michael Michell was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple. For 25 years he practised at the Chancery Bar, specialising in real property and landlord and tenant disputes. He became a salaried Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry in 2010. In 2020 he was appointed Principal Judge of the Land Registration Division of the Property Chamber. He is the co-editor of A Practical Guide to Land Registration Proceedings.
