Marisa Cullen is a partner at Family Law Matters (Scotland), and has practised exclusively in family law for over fifteen years.
She deals with all aspects of family law and has considerable experience in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as in the Court of Session. She advises on all aspects of financial provision on divorce, especially those involving complex business structures. Marisa is particularly known for her expertise in international child law and has developed a UK-wide reputation as an expert in international parental child abduction.
