Daisy Holland
Daisy Holland is undertaking pupillage at 36 Family and is currently under the supervision of Nicholas Marsh whilst she completes her financial remedies seat.
Daisy was called to the Bar after achieving Distinctions in the BVS and the GDL. To support her studies, Daisy was awarded the prestigious Lord Denning and Lord Bowen scholarships by Lincoln’s Inn.
Before commencing pupillage, Daisy served as a Judicial Assistant in the Family Division of the High Court, gaining experience across the breadth of family law with particular exposure to financial remedies, international and public children cases. She contributed to reported judgments, authored summaries of 1980 Hague Convention cases which were published on INCADAT, and produced research notes for High Court judges.
Daisy previously read BSc Politics and International Relations at the University of Bristol, graduating with a First and prizes for exceptional performance in both her second and final years. Alongside her studies, she has shown a strong commitment to client care and access to justice through voluntary and mentoring work with organisations including the Free Representation Unit and Key4Life.
