Three Resolution publications to become available through Compass alongside an introductory member offer.
Class Legal is delighted to announce a new partnership with Resolution, bringing three of its practical handbooks into Compass.
Resolution’s Spousal Maintenance Handbook, International Family Law Handbook & the Cohabitation Law & Practice Handbook will be available alongside Compass’ growing library of family law resources, giving practitioners access to a broader range of trusted guidance through a single platform.
The handbooks provide practical guidance on spousal maintenance, international family law and cohabitation. Their inclusion in Compass is another step in the platform’s development as a comprehensive family law research resource.
Through Compass, practitioners will be able to search and access these three important publications alongside Class Legal's growing collection of family law resources. Resolution content will also be incorporated into Compass Insight, allowing users to ask questions in natural language and receive cited answers drawing on relevant content, with links back to the underlying sources.
Both Class Legal and Resolution share a commitment to supporting family law practitioners with reliable information and practical guidance. By bringing Resolution’s practitioner-focused handbooks together with Class Legal’s wider family law resources in Compass, the partnership makes it easier for professionals to access the materials they need in one place.
Melanie Bataillard-Samuel, National Chair, Resolution, says:
“Resolution is proud to partner with Class Legal in order to make some of our leading resources available on the Compass platform. We share a commitment to supporting family justice professionals, so I am delighted we are able to bring our members' expertise and experience to a broader audience.
"This partnership also means Resolution members will be able to more easily access the wider suite of family law resources within Compass, which complements and extends our offering for members.”
Dick Warner, Chairman at Class Legal, says:
“We’re delighted to be working with Resolution, the leading membership body for family law practitioners. Bringing its trusted handbooks into Compass is an important step in the platform’s development, giving users access to a broader range of practical guidance alongside Class Legal’s own publications. We look forward to building a successful partnership that benefits Resolution members and the wider family law community.”
To mark the partnership, Resolution members will receive 20% off an annual Compass subscription. The introductory offer will be available until 31 January 2027.
