Nicholas Bennett
Nicholas Bennett is a barrister at 29 Bedford Row, recognised in the legal directories as one of the country’s leading experts in pre- and post-nuptial agreements. He drafts them; reviews those drafted by others (including providing a second opinion for solicitors); and litigates matrimonial finance cases which concern them. He is also instructed on behalf of businesses and trustees wanting to put in place common guidelines for nuptial agreements for their staff or beneficiaries. Nick’s practice concerns agreements both domestic and international. Sir Philip Moor
Sir Philip Moor specialised in financial remedies at 1 Hare Court for nearly thirty years, of which he was a QC for ten years. In 2011, he was appointed a Judge of the High Court, Family Division, where he undertook many of the high profile financial remedy cases. He retired from the judiciary in October 2024 and has returned to Chambers to conduct private FDRs.
