Nicholas Bennett is a barrister at 29 Bedford Row, recognised in the legal directories as one of the country’s leading experts in pre- and post-nuptial agreements. He drafts them; reviews those drafted by others (including providing a second opinion for solicitors); and litigates matrimonial finance cases which concern them. He is also instructed on behalf of businesses and trustees wanting to put in place common guidelines for nuptial agreements for their staff or beneficiaries.
