Laura is a barrister at 1KBW whose finance practice encompasses matrimonial finance, cohabitation disputes, applications under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 and related enforcement proceedings. She is regularly instructed in cases involving business assets, trust structures, intervening parties and allegations of non-disclosure.
