Katie Stephens is a family barrister at St Philips Chambers. She practises across all areas of family law, including financial remedies, TLATA, private children, and care proceedings.She also represents clients in non-court dispute resolution, such as mediation. In addition, Katie advises at the pre-action stage and drafts particulars of claim and Part 36 offers. Katie regularly writes case summaries for the Financial Remedies Journal.
