Anita Mehta
Anita Mehta is a barrister and pFDR tribunal at 4PB. Anita specialises in complex financial remedy work. She also practices in private law children work. Anita was the co-chair of the Resolution report into Domestic in Financial Remedy cases, she is the co-host of its podcast ’Talking Family Law’, which was awarded Commentator of the Year at the LexisNexis awards in 2024. Anita has a particular interest in economic abuse and the impact of coercively controlling relationships on financial outcomes. Anita sits as Deputy District Judge in all areas of family law.
