Case Management Tables: Aide Memoire

Below are two case management tables which set out the procedure for use in all financial remedy applications below High Court level. They have been kindly prepared by Nicholas Allen KC and Daniel Mutton at 29 Bedford Row. Both tables seek to provide a composite guide, drawing on different procedural sources such as the Family Procedure Rules 2010, the Statement on Efficient Conduct below High Court level dated 11 January 2022 and the Primary Principles document of the same date. The first table has detailed cross-references whereas the second is a more accessible table with a simple summary of steps to be taken. The hope is that they will a useful aide memoire to both practitioners and judges.
