Mostyn J. W’s application for enforcement of interim maintenance order (maintenance decision summarised here. H had negligently failed to pay wages of staff at the parties’ house in Antibes, such payments being part of the interim order. While court did not make finding that H’s failure was attempt to coercively control W, Mostyn J warned H that further breaches may be interpreted that way. Order varied to require H to maintain minimum float in account from which the relevant bills were paid. H to pay costs on an indemnity basis as his negligence had taken case out of the norm.
